Spence Injury Law - Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Attorney

"I represent people... not companies and organizations."

I visit the construction site, interview witnesses and take photographs... I won't lay down for the insurance company.

About Me:
Olean, NY Lawyer
History/Education
I was born in Olean, New York in 1958 and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1980. I studied at America's first law school, the College of William and Mary, and graduated in 1983.

I interned with some of Buffalo's and New York State's top lawyers from 1983 to 1991 as an associate attorney and learned the representation of injured workers in Supreme Court and at the Workers' Compensation Board. I litigated diverse civil cases, including medical malpractice, product liability, auto accidents, business, estate and land ownership matters.
Workers Comp
Specialty/General Practice
In 1991, I started my own law office, where I focus on helping workers get the Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation recoveries they have coming. I excel in construction injury cases. I handle my clients' general practice needs, including Social Security Disability appeals.
Accident Injury Law
Experience
I have more than 30 years experience representing injured workers in their accident cases. I know the insurance carriers, doctors, judges and other lawyers involved in your case. I know how your comp case affects your lawsuit and how your lawsuit affects your comp rights.

Recently
In 2013, I returned to Olean, New York, to serve the residents of Cattaraugus and Allegany counties. Closer to you, your accident scene, the witnesses, as well as the Court and the Allegany Workers' Compensation hearing point, I am better able to serve you, the injured worker, and your family.
